Brexit & HR Seminar in Shrewsbury
Following the Brexit announcement in June 2016, many businesses have been considering how it may impact their operations including managing their staff and HR policies.
To help businesses in Shropshire understand the potential impact, Harvey Telford & Bates Chartered Accountants, in conjunction with TaxWise, recently held a Brexit & HR seminar.

Held at The Loopy Shrew in Shrewsbury, the seminar was attended by 16 local businesses and entrepreneurs.
Guest speaker Amanda Chadwick from Peninsula Business Services spoke to the guests about her experience in HR – providing an entertaining take on some unusual HR experiences, whilst highlighting the importance of why businesses must get HR policies such as contracts right from the moment they make a job offer.
As well as speaking Amanda held a question and answer session to help attendees with their knowledge for their own businesses and industries.
